1-Tips for limousine rentals
Know the number of people in your party. This will help determine the size of limousine you may need.
How long you will need the service. Most limousine companies have a minimum number of hours required to rent a limousine. Don’t short yourself on the time. Its better to overestimate than to short yourself on time. If you think you may possibly run over on time you need to reserve the extra hour to ensure the limousine remains available if you run over.
Try to have the pickup and drop off address when you call to book.
Have your credit card ready to make the reservation.
Ask if the company is licensed and insured. Some companies may not be in compliance with state and local regulations (be weary of a really low price) An honest and legal company will be glad to give you their license number and name of the insurance company. This is for your safety.Is the company you wish to book from a member of any local or national associations? Membership in these organizations have ethics policies and require proper registration and compliance to the laws. If you are dealing with a member it is a good sign that you have found a reputable company.
Get a copy of the rental contract. The person who rents the limousine is the one responsible for the group as a whole. Any damage or disputes will be taken up with the person on the contract.
Be sure you understand the cancellation policy. Each company is different and you need to know what portion is refundable.

2-FAQ
1-What is the rate? Rates will vary depending on time of year, day of the week and number of hours you need it for. A limousine for one hour has a much higher rate than a limousine for 6 hours.
2-Do we have to pay for the car while we are not using it? Yes. You have reserved the use of that limousine for a specific period of time. You should expect that the car is at your disposal during your entire rental period unless otherwise agreed to at the time of booking.
3-Smoking. Almost all limousines are non smoking. You will be assessed a cleaning fee if a member of you party does smoke in the limousine.
4-Alcohol. If everyone in your party is over 21 then it is ok to bring alcohol into the limousine. If any member is under 21 then no alcohol is allowed. This policy conforms with state liquor laws.
5-Sunroofs. It is against the law to stand up or move around in any vehicle while it is in motion. Seatbelt laws do apply to limousines as well. It is your responsibility to ensure that everyone complies.
6-Is the tip included in the price? Most companies bill the gratuity for the driver on your invoice. A 20% gratuity is standard and should be reflected on the bill. Ask about the tip when you book the limousine.
7-What if we run over/under on time? Generally if you run over and the car is available (not booked for another run) then you will be charged the hourly rate plus gratuity for any additional time. Some companies bill by ½ hour some are whole hours, be sure to ask. If you have not reserved enough time and the limousine has been booked by someone else then your trip may not be extended. (make sure you don’t short yourself on time). If your event ends earlier than expected you may only be billed for the actual time you used or the minimum number of hours. Be sure to ask about this policy when you book your limousine.

3-Weddings
All of our weddings feature a fully tuxedoed chauffeur with cap, a red carpet for the bride and groom (weather permitting) and limousine service. We also offer several extra features to make your wedding extraordinary.
Exterior decorations. We can decorate the exterior of the limousine for you wedding. Perfect for pictures. This includes streamers, bells or hearts, balloons on each corner, window decorations and “Just Married” signs. The chauffeur will decorate the limousine once he arrives at the location (weather permitting). The bridal party may wish to help personalize the decorations.
Interior decorations. Roses may be included as well as some elegant satin ribbons and bows, wedding pillows and music. We can also place the napkins from your wedding inside the limousine for a personal touch.
Hours of service. We can customize our service to fit almost any taste and budget. From a super stretched Mercedes Benz S-Class limousine to a rare vintage Lincoln limousine or just a simple town car. Its your day, make it as special as you want.
